Michelle Reid is the VP of Service and Support at IsoPlexis. She has over 20 years of experience leading and developing customer experience teams for regulated and non-regulated molecular products.
Before joining IsoPlexis she was the Senior Director of Customer Service and Support at PGDx where she built the customer experience teams from the ground up, resulting in the successful global implementation of their RUO and FDA cleared NGS tumor profiling products. Before PGDx Michelle held various support roles at QIAGEN, a global leader in sample and assay technologies for molecular diagnostics, and Lifesciences research. She had a significant impact on the growth and development of QIAGEN’s customer support organization providing support for over 10,000 instruments and leading over 160 service professionals to achieve key support metrics. She built customer experience teams in Latin America that supported large government initiatives in both Brazil and Mexico. As part of QIAGEN’s Peak-Service partner business, she led the successful implementation of a multimillion-dollar service contract assuming field support for a partner’s Hematology instrumentation. Michelle’s last position held at QIAGEN was Senior Director of Field Service and Peak Service. Michelle holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from LaTrobe University, Australia.
