TRCCC 2018: Single-Cell TILs Polyfunctionality Associates with Clinical Outcome of Anti-PD-1 Therapy

IsoPlexis presented “Single-Cell Cytokine Profiling of Tumor-Infiltrating T Cells to Measure Patient Responses to Anti-PD-1 Therapy” at the Translational Research Cancer Centers Consortium (TRCCC) 2018 in Seven Springs, PA. The study found an association between CD8+ TILs polyfunctionality and the clinical outcome of melanoma patients on Anti-PD-1 therapy.
