CAR-T Product Characterization and Manufacturing
To ensure consistent manufacturing and improved outcomes, T-cell secretomic Precision Profiling™ can determine cellular and donor heterogeneity of CAR-T products. IsoPlexis' IsoCode (SCBC) technology, integrated with an automated bioinformatics platform, simultaneously measures a wide range of cytokines secreted by single CAR-T cells, providing the unmet need of precision profiling functional heterogeneity of CAR-T cell products. These novel biomarker capture and analysis methods have the potential to guide more sensitive CAR-T product pre-infusion quality assessments, which may enable CAR-T cells engineered with more efficacious and less immunotoxic profiles.
